My experience as a first time buyer was a bit disappointing upon arrival as I had ordered a zebra stripe sleeveless dress for our trip to Mexico. I received instead a solid black jersey dress! However the black dress was so lovely, but not for what I wanted it for I decided to keep it but at the same time I decided to let the company know what happened anyway. I just couldn’t believe how fast they messaged me back and said it was totally their mistake, a cataloging error on their part and they would send me what I ordered free of charge and would I please keep the back dress as their way of apologizing for their mistake. You can’t beat service like that. Im so impressed and have since ordered other items from them. Great service and lovely products, 👍

Initially I was having a few issues with the website…but I was contacted right away and was really impressed with the customer service. Although I haven’t had the ‘in store’ experience, I can say that they do a great job of an ‘on-line’ experience. Really good customer service and I feel like they care about their clientele.

Ordered some items online and picked up at store in SP. Store was bright ,clean, and merchandise was nicely displayed . Staff was warm and friendly ,gave some great fashion tips, and showed me new arrivals, which were all fabulous!
