If one is not available or if you have questions, feel free to message us—we’re always happy to help you find the right fit.

Start with the size guide on each product page for general measurements. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to share how a particular style fits.

You can also visit us in-store at any of our Alberta boutique locations for personalized styling support.

At this time, we do not offer a dedicated plus size range. Our sizing typically runs from XS to XXL or 4 to 16.

While we do not carry a specific petite line, many of our customers who are petite shop successfully with us. We’re always happy to help you find the right fit.

SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA

We offer free expedited shipping on Canadian orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $15. Currently, we ship within Canada only.

Orders are packed and shipped from Alberta. Please allow up to five business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to one week within Canada.

We ship with Canada Post and will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently offer Expedited shipping (1–10 business days within Canada).

You can track your order through the website chat located in the bottom right corner of our site. Simply select “Track My Order” and enter your details.

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update in Canada Post’s system. If your order shipped over the weekend, tracking will begin updating on Monday.

If you’re still having trouble, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.

We do! You can purchase gift cards in denominations of $20, $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, and $500.

Gift cards are available as physical cards in-store and digital cards online. Once purchased online, they can be converted into a physical card in-store if preferred.

Gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online. Digital gift cards are delivered by email and include instructions for checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with our online boutique. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original ship date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

Please use the webchat in bottom right corner, to cancel an order. To help cover processing and handling costs, a 10% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.

Returns can be made in person at any of our Alberta boutique locations or by mail.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using Canada Post, as they are typically the most economical small package option.

Please print and include your original shipping confirmation or the receipt located in the pouch under the shipping label with your return.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of goods.

Please note that the original $15 shipping charge (if applicable) is non-refundable.

Yes, online purchases can be returned at any Revolution Boutique retail location within the return window, provided the items meet our return policy requirements.

If you need a different size, please place a new order online for the replacement item. Then return the original item for a refund according to our return policy. This ensures you don’t miss out on availability while your return is in transit.

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Gifts may be returned for store credit with proof of purchase.

All items are carefully inspected before shipping, and care instructions are included with every garment.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us with details before returning the item. Items will not be accepted without prior approval.

Defective items will be replaced whenever possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
