Refund policy
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, simply return the original item by following the return instructions below and place a new order for your preferred size.
If a $15 shipping charge applies to your new order, we're happy to refund that charge once you've received your replacement item and confirmed you're keeping it.
Simply email info@revolutionboutique.ca or contact us through our website chat to request your shipping refund.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return by mail or in person at any Revolution Boutique location within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original tags attached.
To return an item by mail, click the Return Portal button below to generate a prepaid shipping label.
When using our prepaid label, a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help offset the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed promptly once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Revolution Boutique is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
The original $15 shipping fee, when applicable, is non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe an item is defective, please email info@revolutionboutique.ca with the details so we can further assist you.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping, and care instructions are included with every garment.
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us with details before returning the item. Items will not be accepted without prior approval.
Defective items will be replaced whenever possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
CANCELLED ORDERS
To cancel an order, please contact us through the web chat located in the bottom-right corner of our website.
A 10% order cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to help offset the non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs incurred as soon as your order is placed.
