If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date with tags on, unworn and unwashed. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Refunds will be promptly processed, upon receipt of goods. We do not refund the $10 shipping cost charged on the original order, if applicable.

If you need to exchange for another size, please place your order for the replacement size online as per usual, and then return the original item(s) for refund, as per above in the Returns section.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and care instructions are included on every garment however if you feel you have a defective item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details. Items will not be accepted, without prior approval. Defective items will be replaced whenever possible otherwise returned for a full refund.
