RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns, in-person to any location or by mail, within 14 days of the received date with tags on, unworn and unwashed. Please click the Return Portal button below to get started.
Refunds will be promptly processed, upon receipt of goods.
Please note a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount, once received.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We do not refund the $15 shipping cost charged on the original order, if applicable.
DEFECTS
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and care instructions are included on every garment however if you feel your item is defective, please click the Return Portal button below and select the applicable return reason. Once approved, defective items will be replaced whenever possible otherwise returned for a full refund.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Please use the webchat in bottom right corner, to cancel an order. To help cover processing and handling costs, a 10% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.
